5. Order Tracking and Shipment Monitoring
Upon shipment departure from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number, specific carrier information, detailed shipping method, estimated delivery date, and direct hyperlinks to the carrier’s tracking portal. Additionally, you can monitor your shipment’s progress through your personalized account dashboard on our Site or by directly accessing the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. 6. Shipping Restrictions and Special Considerations
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarding facilities. 7. Address Accuracy and Correction Procedures
Customers bear full responsibility for providing correct, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses during the checkout process. We implement address validation technology to identify potential inaccuracies, but ultimate responsibility for address correctness rests with the customer. We cannot guarantee the ability to modify shipping addresses after order submission and shipment processing. If a package is returned to our facility due to address deficiencies, customers will be responsible for all associated return shipping charges and additional reshipping fees. Address correction requests after shipment dispatch may not be feasible through certain carrier services and could result in additional service fees.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Once a package receives “delivered” status confirmation from the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend that customers residing in multi-unit buildings or high-traffic areas consider providing secure delivery instructions during checkout. For missing packages with “delivered” status, we recommend immediately checking with household members, neighbors, and building management, then contacting the local post office or carrier facility for additional investigation assistance. While we cannot guarantee package recovery, we will provide comprehensive support during carrier investigations and claims processes for qualified incidents.
9. Multiple Shipment Management
Large volume orders, orders containing products from different warehouse locations, or orders with varied availability dates may ship in multiple separate packages. You will receive distinct tracking numbers and sequential shipping notifications for each component of your order. There are no additional charges incurred for multiple shipments resulting from a single order, and we automatically optimize shipment consolidation to minimize environmental impact and delivery efficiency.
